Napier is good right where he is. Arkansas St, South Alabama, Georgia Southern, Nichols, etc, etc are right in his - and UL-L's wheelhouse.
That and firing up the locals so UL-L can play in front of 6,000 (jokingly announced at 19,000)

LOL. I don't know from what year you pulled that picture out of your arse, but it was not from Tuesday's game, you dickhead.
The SEZ has been bowled in since 2014. You can clearly see that it is still grass in your pic.
Plus the "Louisiana" under the PB has been in black since at least 2014. I'm sure there are lots of clues, but those jumped out at me right away.
