Seems like you were coming to boast in the hopes that people would say you are normal and they do the same thing. I am very passionate about LSU and have had my fair share of blowups, but in the end, it's a football game. I enjoy it for what it is and hate losing, but there is nothing I can do. I wish it was less stressful to watch, but if it was, I probably wouldn't love it as much. Tone it down a notch buddy. What's more important, acting like a dumbass or your wife?

Dude I stopped doing that shite (I really didn't even do anything that bad, to be honest) after I graduated from LSU. I'm 24, single and drink often and I think you sound like an immature psycho.

And you have a daughter who is smarter and more mature than you lol

I used to be like this. Having young children calmed me down, and because of the Miles rollercoaster, I have acquired a conscious apathy to when things are going to shite.

For example, during the ultimate bedshitting (1/9/12), I watched the first half of the game and was greatly annoyed at what was happening, or not happening. I decided that if Jefferson came out under center for LSU's first possession in the second half, I was not going to watch the rest of the game, and I stayed true to that.

You have no control over the outcome of the game...and the kids move on after it's over.

Maybe you should too?

You need to find pride in something else beyond putting everything into football where you don't even contribute to the product on the field.

Maybe losing weight would do it?

I've been there. I broke a portable cd/boombox at the end of the '94 South Carolina game. A girl I had a crush on back in the mid 90's, admitted to me that she never persued me heavily after observing my behavior watching 96 auburn. I'm guessing you have a temper to begin with. (Pot, meet kettle). Alcohol will fuel this. When my 2 yr old twins heard my "G MF'ing damnit" during the tenn clock debacle, I had to tone it down. I still cheer/clap really loud and yell at the tv, but the throwing/cursing I've laid down. It's just gonna lead to GI problems, high blood pressure, and a pissed off wife. (Which, coincidentally, also causes the former 2). A loss still ruins my day, but I can wake up ok on sun morning. When the anger of losses outweigh the joy of victory, go watch The Harlem Globetrotters. Chill, man.
