Yeah, I hate to count on a freshman (Minter) to fill a need like that but I do hear the kid is going to be a good one. Very few kids make the jump that fast, though.

Don't be surprised to see Charles Scott line up at fullback.

Now fullback is going to be a question mark. Big Quinn was the man! It will be interesting to see who fills that and if D. Allen is good enough to step in immediately. I wouldn't be surprised to see Scott there, either.

I don't know if he's still going to be the feature back when there is only one, but in the I-form, he will line up at FB. At least that is the plan as of now...

You mean Scott may not be the feature back in the one back set?

I'm saying I don't know. All I know is to expect him at FB with KW or RM at TB (sorry for all the abbreviations) when LSU lines up in the I.

Got it. They sure rode him (Scott) in the Peach Bowl, though. It was good to see Keiland stepping up and getting more good touches. I think those two are really going to be a wicked one-two punch next year as they should both get even better.

Agreed. I definitely like the idea of getting RM some more touches as well.

No Shep or Coleman. I think you need to reconsider your projected starters.

I pray for the health of Jordan Jefferson, lest we see J Lee having to make good on yet-another pass in the flat.

Zach Lee, another 4 star QB from Tex will have to live down having the same name as J Lee.

About Richard Murphy:

It looks like he runs into a brick wall when he runs in real games.

Its like he is Keiland Williams lite.

I read where RM has put on some muscle.

My guess is that Sheppard will get the few touches the poster suggested RM should get.

Allen is not in SEC shape. If he is the starter it will be a testament to Nutra-systems and a sad commentary on the other nominees.

I would like to see K Theriot as FB. He is versatile, could run plays as tailback and do serious blocking.

Clearly one of the most glass-half-empty things I've ever read. Yes, there are plenty of concerns for the season, but your pessimistic way of presenting this was painful.

just realized this was from january. wow.

This is perhaps the most unnecessary post in the history of this site. Well done.
