Who cares what Moscona says.

Danny is highly respected in the locker room, he climbs the pocket and isn't scared to step into pressure and make a throw.

Plus I think he's proven his toughness.

Unless you wipe with used toilet paper, I think you have that backwards.

"He is limited "

Let's be honest, to this point in time Danny does appear to be limited.

Our passing game ranks bout a 100 out of a 125. That doesn't equate to unlimited. IMO

And I know the passing game is not all bout the QB. Pass protection, to this point in time, has been limited as well.

A lot of things will shake out on the 5th.

Short memory: A

One thing that impresses the hell out of me is his ability to let a bad decision roll off his back and move forward.

Moscona sucks big time. Still living through his days at Catholic.

DE is best QB on team period.

I think this undervalues him.

Etling is what he is! He's a classic game manager. He doesn't have a cannon like Mett but Mett made some stupid throws and didn't always play smart.
Etling has poise, good pocket presence and makes good decisions for the most part. He also sees the field pretty well although, like all quarterbacks, he misses some open guys at times. Is he elite? No, but he doesn't have to be.
He is certainly a step up from Jennings and Harris but part of that is coaching and better play calling. If he had a stronger arm he might be special.
Is he good enough to put us in a position to beat Bama? I don't know but he certainly gives us our best chance.

Moscona needs ratings. He's like Etling a little above average. I just hope Etling is not a big as a douche as Moscona.

Etling has a noodle arm. I could go out there now and sling it harder and farther than him. But he makes good decisions (usually) and just needs to get the ball to his playmakers. He doesn't need to be Joe Flacco.

Etling is a very good QB. People here are straight dumb. He can get better as well. Cam Cameron gets shite canned everywhere he goes for a reason. Coaching is like a club that's hard to get into. Most coaches are not great. Etling may actually have a chance to learn with Craig and Ensminger. Go back and watch that 3rd down play against Ole Miss where Etling stepped up in the pocket under pressure eyes down the field and throws a rope over the middle to Dural. I'll tell you another thing, he looked better than Chad Kelly who most say is the best SEC QB. Etling can play and I expect that to continue against BAMA.

This is stupid. He threw it 65 yards on a deep ball last game first off. Secondly just because he knows how to put touch on his passes doesn't mean he has a weak arm.

Wtf? He has really good pocket presence. ALL qbs take hits. I'm guessing you are a BH fan and probably think it is a race thing.

It's actually not. He underthrows his receivers routinely because he can't get enough on it.

Lmao. I bet you are a BH fan. Etling has been exactly what this offense needs. The only people bitching are BH "boys".

No what's stupid is to say he under throws his receivers routinely. Man you're dumb. Can't waste any more time on you.

You aren't going to get anywhere with these clowns, you are talking to the BH fanclub. You are correct though, etling has been exactly what we needed. The ironic thing is that these etling bashers (I.e., BH boys) don't even comprehend that Harris couldn't even accurately throw a 10 yard pass, couldn't get to his second progression, and choked under pressure....

I think that is because he is lacking confidence in his deep ball not because of arm strength. Looked like he under threw him because he didn't want to miss someone that wide open. Just earlier in the game her over threw someone on a similar route. Etling has been a blessing. He makes all the throws he is supposed to make.
