All this talk of talent, but not one of his players has ever been talked about as a legit Heisman candidate.

Miles and LSU pull it together and go 13-1 or 14-0 and win the NC. Then Miles gives LSU fans what they deserve and bolts for Michigan right in the middle of recruiting season.

"i'd buy that for a dollar!" is that after the other 119 teams lose on the last saturday, thus backing the tigers into another bcs by default?

Miles isnt going anywhere, anytime soon. Here is what happens when you fire a NC winning coach:

Larry Coker - 60-15-0 .800 winning %
His replacement - 21-17-0 .553 winning %

Also, Coker's replacement

first year as UM head coach was one of the worst in the Hurricanes' modern history, with the team registering a losing 5-7 record. The team failed to reach a bowl game for the first time in a decade, and it was the first non-penalized full-scholarship team to miss a bowl game in more than 25 years.

Crowton is already fired. Gonzales is the new OC in 2011. This is the 2nd and final year of GC's contract signed after the MNC.

The recruiting at Miami fell off a cliff. As long as LSU can recruit, we will win 9 or 10 games per year.

This is so damn stupid. If your offense is so bad, why promote someone from within? People will say it's another co-coordinator f-up and BG has no credentials to be an OC at a major university besides being passing game coordinator for UF. Hell, even UF didn't promote him from within. And if BG is so damn good, the offense will do well and Crowton won't be fired.

Not happening!

thats because randy shannon is a sh*t coach. he's from liberty city, played for the "swagga" canes and can speak to the thugs of the miami inner city kids. other than that, he sucks. you have to hire someone worthy. no one is asking for just "a replacement coach". we want a better one. and they are available.
