At this point, Miles retiring would be awful for the program. Can you imagine how much more of a shite storm it would be if we went through this entire past week, retained Miles in the end, and then he up and resigned?

I can't imagine what recruits would think.

The best thing for LSU, at this point in time moving forward, is for Miles to coach the 2016 season. If we do well, he will keep his job beyond then. If not, he'll probably be fired. It's that simple.

I can't imagine what recruits are thinking now. We've lost 3 commitments already I think. Why would a qb come here, for the coaching he's going to get?
