uh you might be stupid too. Sideline reporter last night commented on the coaching staff getting on Jefferson for checking out of a 3rd & 9 play to a short pass that gained 4 yds.
Not a bash on JJ at all. I think he has been hammered on the "don't make mistakes" issue that he and the team saw become a problem last year. Seems a little tenative to take chances. I don't think it's a play call thing, as much as some fans will want to disagree. I think JJ is being cautious. You'd be surprised, players really don't care how much they win by as long as they win.
