I could not agree more, Billy, but there are a lot of folks on this board that are still obsessed with the guy.

Dang, Carl, "tiny-dicked" and "cocksucker," appears you've got an anger issue (on a silly little message board) and/or enjoy bullying and most like are a bit deranged. I'm going to tell you exactly what you need, sport, so pay close attention to the following statement. What you need, Carl, Carl The Punk Bitch, is a thorough arse-whoopin. Then you get you a nu nu and suck on it.

Average"? With all due respect, that's legitimately crazy talk.

Fair criticism of my statement.....so, let’s see what his tenure at Kansas looks like.

Quite true.
Seems it's mostly those who feel the need to shade a coach who's accomplishments dwarf the present one's.

You said Miles was "average". How is Okie State doing since his arrival? Certainly Gundy should get the lion's share of the credit, but since a lot of Sabanistas try to give credit for LSU's current success - 15 years after he's gone, certainly Miles deserves some credit for building up Okie State, basically a middling program in a P5 conference to contender.

There were 16 BCS games, Miles coached LSU in 2 of them.

In the entire history of LSU football, the team won 10 or more games in:

1908
1958
1961
1987
1996
2001
2003
2005
2006
2007
2010
2011
2012
2013

2018

Les Miles

So, this is the average Miles hater's idea of AVERAGE.

GTFO here with that.

Just an observation….when did the NCAA add an additional game to the schedule? Made winning 10 games a bit easier.

I will give him credit for his early recruiting...brining in top talent. So if he gets credit for that, then he assumes the blame for WASTING said talent.

Well before Miles.

Did it make a difference in winning 11 or more games? Because Miles did that 5 times.

I'm sorry, but LSU fans appear to be the only group of folks that call winning 80% of games, going to a bowl every year, winning multiple conference championships and competing for/playing for national championships "average."

Spoiled and entitled. Winning doesn't simply happen. If winning simply happened, Curley Hallman would be finishing up a 30-year career at LSU, with $100m in the bank.

Yeah. That powerhouse program has won an astounding 19.2% (23-97) of their games over the past 10 years.

Anybody can win at Kansas. If Miles doesn't have them bowl eligible by his second season, that'll show just how "average" he is. Right HAIR?
