I was foolish to think that the subtle distinction between piped in music and the band's music would be discernable to the brain trust of this board

Absolutely you were. This board is full of morons.

Which makes it seem like his real agenda is he doesn't like that rap music rather than the piped-in music. FTR I noticed way more non rap than rap last night but that is in no way a scientific measurement

I don't care for any of it, but I could tolerate it if it wasn't ear splitting. It shakes the freakin stadium and you can feel it in your chest. The TS crowd at its loudest isn't like that. The ground shaking at the Earthquake game was a split second. This is over and over for 3-4 hours.

Makes me wonder about the structural impact on the stadium as well as physiological effects on the people at the game.

It will take an Attorney getting involved to have any chance of any substantial action taken.

I'm completely missing your point. We are to sue them? For what?

Everyone just needs to come to a consensus and stop going to the games. Stop buying tickets. Money is all that matters and is all these people hear. Until they stop receiving money, they won’t give a rats arse about anything. We’re all peasants.
