We have just been put on Jefferson Pilot....old reference to the early kickoff time for less important teams in the SEC

2:30=\= 6 or 7pm
Either way that auburn atmosphere is going to be way better than the Arkansas kickoff at 11am. Regardless of this weekends outcome

Now here is a point we can truly debate.....recruiting, tailgating, attendance, etc are all ancillary to this in my mind.
FWIW I think you are right....LSU has finally dropped down to that level where the SEC and the networks are simply OK with putting us in that 11AM timeslot. To me that should be the concern rather that the fact that we can't tailgate because the game is at 11, we can't recruit because the game is at 11, etc.
I think the reason for this is because we let the in stadium atmosphere die for the night games even before they thought about putting us on at noon. So now the thought is if we aren't getting out of them at night what we got for every game up until about 4-5 year ago then why the hell not put them on at noon. Essentially, our atmosphere has devolved to the level of every other SEC team....Saturday Night in Death Valley is no longer special.

Are you serious??? IF LSU goes ON THE ROAD and beats #1 Bama... The crowd will be NUTS against Arky...........

If we beat Bama actual attendance will be better against Arkansas than it was for Auburn.

Atmosphere and attendance are not directly correlated. You can pack 150k in a stadium but if everyone is half awake it'll feel like a sun belt game

This is true....if LSU plays good football people will keep drinking and get loud.
If not...that whole place will be asleep.
However, those statements are true at any timeslot for LSU.

Absolutely not happy about this for my own selfish reason. Frick off, I don't care about what you think.
However, I will be there and will start earlier in the morning to compensate.
My beef is with the games chose for the night time slots. aTm and NMST???? and then who could want to miss the annual late season classic UT Mizzou dumpster bowl?!?!??!
