To get this thread back on track:
My predictions for the weekend (and beyond).
1. Good weather.
2. Jim Hawthorne's on the radio.
3. LSU's batter feel loose, relaxed. Forget the small ball, they're gonna swing for the fence. I expect no less than three homers (Katz, Ibarra, maybe Raph or Bregman).
4. OM's pitchers look bad, LSU's look worse. Expect high scoring games.
5. LSU wins tonight with Eades, but lose their focus in games 2 and 3. OM wins series 2-1. I've not picked LSU to lose a series yet this season, but this is not their weekend.
6. OM loses in their regionals. SEC-tourney champ LSU makes the finals in Omaha, lose to Vandy in the best championship series ever.
