Do not stay in Downtown Atlanta unless you are looking to attend an insurance brokers conference or something similar. There is very little nightlife downtown (some in castleberry hill, and the rooftop bar at The Glen Hotel is pretty cool). This guy must have meant Midtown. I am not sure if the new Loews will be open by that weekend, but if so, it looks pretty nice. Anyway, stay in Midtown or Buckhead.
