He hasn't been our best pitcher all year. He is our most talented pitcher and he dominated the game for 6 innings. He had one bad inning and CPM probably should have taken him out a little sooner. He only had 68 pitches going into that inning and Lange has thrown 9 innings a few times so I don't fully blame him for not having someone ready but should have after the first two hits.

We have a very young team. Give it time, they will put it all together, and Lange will get it going. Still have a ton of games left, and we will win the next 2. They will bounce back

Perception is NCAA dominance

Reality, young team with inconsistent pitching that will struggle unless iffense explodes

Don't forget that this "Young Team's" freshman class was like the 6th or 7th ranked class in the SEC. We're not what we used to be.

His velocity doesnt matter. He changes speeds well and locates well. And he had an era of 1 coming into the game, dont be ignorant.
