Yeah. I guess in the grand scheme of things, next weekend is more important and you don't want to risk further injury to either one of them. So, they need to be 100% to play in this tourney.

If they didn't play tonight I do not expect either tomorrow (technically later today).

Disappointed we lost but this team can go on a run and we showed we can hang with Tenn. Floyd was average but he did better than I thought minus a few bad fielding plays. I thought they left him in a couple of batters too long. Let’s win 2 and get out of here tomorrow with some momentum for regionals. If we win two tomorrow maybe we will improve our seed and not be matched up with Tenn or The Beavers out west for the supers.

Floyd had a good showing. Both teams had only 6 hits. Weird that there were no HRs last night but the wind wasn't helping.
a few good points - holding Tennessee to only 6 hits, 5 runs, no HRs, and no one in the lineup had more than 1 hit.

We gave that one away with errors and walks. Damn shame but showed we can stick with them all the while missing Berry and Doughty.
