For all the hate that Alleva got, he did hire two great coaches. One (wade) was a bit more obvious at being a good hire, but I have said and thought that the Orgeron hire had more to do with Alleva's incompetence than anything. It just so happened that Orgeron is just a dedicated man that found the way to win through his past mistakes. Glad it worked out the way it did though, that's for sure. If it wasn't for the Wade situation we'd probably still have Alleva here.
