As long as we win it doesn't matter.
If the crap offense loses games, then it matters.

Here is my response via email to Joe....
Stick to your job and the fans will stick with theirs. Without our
contributions, you have nothing. Get that idiot coach of ours out of here and
you will get what you want.

Never boo'd in my life read my posts. I just think all you morons you think people who boo aren't true fans are being foolish. People can do whatever they want and it makes sense when you see the play of our offense and how Les Miles handles the situation. I screamed at my TV during Ole Miss game last year,....was I a traitor for being upset? Les is clearly an idiot,.....I remember Bo Pellini almost punching him in the face during his first UTENN game,..for calling a timeout we didn't have. He can't coach, but he can recruit,....booing is not whats gonna bring this program down.

DING DING DING! You have just admitted we have not reached bad. And if you think just the conference record matter to recruits lets just stop talking. Getting to 9 wins puts us in the Cap One Bowl. The #1 non-BCS bowl for SEC teams. That's the kind of things recruits see on New Year's Day compared to being in Shreveport in Dec. or at home where no one sees you. Yea I know we look liked shite that day but the recruits saw a chance to play on TV in a big bowl game with in a shout of the BCS.
And I know about the the academic issues in the state of Miss that bog down recruiting but the prospects that are available get take away by other schools cause they can compete. We will just leave that since you got the idea with A&M and UCLA.
What did you miss about us being mediocre in conference and that playing a larger role than our ability (with an expanded schedule mind you) to inflate our record to nine wins by beating the cupcakes?
Recruits don't watch our games against Ulala and think "man, that's a nine win team right there and I want to go there." They watch the 230 CBS games and form their opinion that way. Watching Ole Miss drill us at home last year didn't stop recruits from coming.

Nobody is saying that people can be upset with the state of the offense or criticize the coaches. We all agree on that. We just don't agree on how our actions in the stadium may have a negative affect on the program
A "fan" is short for fanatic

Get em Joe!! How about we boo only when the opposing team runs out, like we used to in the old days. Also you could assign "spirit monitors" to each section. If you Boo our team, players, or coaches, they call the State boys in the tight blue suits and the smokey the bear style hats, and we throw you off the top of east and west uppers at halftime!!!
This message is purely a fantastical situation and in no way am I threatening or serious about throwing people off the top deck. Don't take this literally, but please STOP BOOING OR WE WILL BE BLACKBALLED BY ESPN AND MOST OF ALL 5 AND 4 STAR RECRUITS!!

Don't even respond please. Especially if you lack the class required to warrant a proper one.

Seriously sick burn dude. Just me is probably trying to come up with something, anything, that could top that masterful use of a comeback. I bet you were a force to be reckoned with on the playground.

Go fix them windows Joe and then we'll talk

I would agree with you if this thread didn't indicate otherwise. It's eighteen pages based on people upset with our program and we haven't lost. So winning doesn't really matter at all.

We had one of the worst offenses in the league last year. We also had one of the best recruiting classes.
Yes but the season had little to no effect on the class cause it was mostly done by then. Remeber we had WRs Davis and Hunter committed at one point though I doubt they would have came anyway but the offense didn't help with either especially Hunter. True effects won't be felt unless this is continued. Luckily we have a solid LA-based class full of Tiger fans already this year that should stay mostly intact. But I caution to watch out for WR Landry. If this goes on after this year it can start to turn bad.

NO, they'll probably cover us even more. Haven't you figured out what drives TV ratings yet?? quote:
MOST OF ALL 5 AND 4 STAR RECRUITS!!
An anemic offense will do that far quicker and with FAR greater results.

Because everyone knows we won't keep winning like this. Trying to prevent something before it happens is many times a better idea than waiting for everything around you to be in ruin.

My point is that our fanbases waning support simply hurts us in regard to recruiting. That's all I'm saying.

can't we all just get along. My God, if and when we lose, this site and Tiger Nation will be in mayhem.
People can do whatever they want, but if all this crap continues at the point it is or even gets worse it will effect recruiting, big time!

But you killed your own argument by talking about how awesome our recruiting classes have been.
