I think Miles made a well thought out hire. I think he took into consideration best fit for the program (based on his assessment, not mine) in regards to scheme, recruiting, and how he fits in with the current staff.
When everyone is changing their tune next year, I'll be here to tell you I told you so.

.....and if I'm wrong, I'll own up to it. So relax chicken littles, all's good in the hood.

If you can't get pumped for new blood and new beginnings, then go watch Clemson/WVU tape, hold back the tears, and cuddle with your fellow negatards

Agree 100%, the tards are basing their dislike on a game where half the roster were freshmen playing against a top 10 offense in the country.....

Steele and Orgeron will bring fire and aggression back to this defense, where Chavis was content with fading into mediocrity.....

I think miles saw what most fans did, we've not had a great D line in cpl yrs, our LB play has slipped a lil bit, and neither Chavis or Brick are top notch recruiters and all the big time DL recruits were going else where and Miles hired coaches to remedy both issues....

I agree.. Most 'tards' on here have to be told how to think and the theme yesterday was melt, so the sheep followed.. The fact is the flashy names that people wanted were not a fit now. It could have been because we had a staff locked into place and some wanted to bring their own staff. It could have been that Les didn't think they were a fit to what he wants out of our program. It could have been a lot of things, but the the bottom line is Les knows we have the potential for a championship run in the next 2 years and implementing a new system would only set that back. We need a seamless transition to win now. We have that.

As always the tards will go back in their hole once we start winning games.

And before you inevitable "but we don't have a QB" comes out. We have won with worse AND let's not forget young players do develop. Novel concept I know.. How many of you wanted to run off Quarterman last year? It sure looks like he has developed well over one off-season.

Hang in there realists, only 7 months till kickoff..

Thanks for going on record. I was worried you would make your statement off record.
