Good post. Crowton has shown himself to be one of the best college OC's in the entire history of College Football. His offenses rock. Hopefullu LSU will be lucky enough to have him take over as head coach when Les leaves.

I still cannot understand why RS was not allowed to throw a SINGLE pass all last year- that has me perplexed as much as anything...
Yeah, you would have thought that even if they were afraid he'd make a mistake, they'd at least let him try one against some cupcake when we were up by 40 or someth...oh, wait. Never mind.

do you have some reason to believe that GC was prevented from his coaching style last season?
Personally, I am delighted to be hearing Miles talking about the line and the run. I have had enough of throwing on 3rd and 1.

I think Bo Pelini should have been promoted to coach...I was hoping Les would have took the Michigan job...Then it would have been possible

Did you happen to track his trends at those schools? Didn't think so.
And just to be clear, your advice to a head coach or a CEO is: to be successful, just let people do what they want; you don't get involved at all...just let them do it? Riiigghhtt...

Chimlim . . . Then why did Crowton call it every game?
Dunno. Just trying to make the point that for whatever reasons Crowton's options (no pun intended) were very limited last year.

He would probabaly be better at time management.I think we would have a better offense for once.
LETS GIVE HIM A TRY.
