I don't see any big name NFL Coach or NFL Asst going to Buffalo so Maybe they look to the Colleges.

What? They have a great fan base, a legit home field advantage, and alot of young talent....Buffalos biggest problem is the injury bug gets them every year at key positions.

They have a historically cheap owner who Peter King thinks is desperate enough to shell out big bucks for a high profile guy, Shanahan, Cowher etc. Not that they are going to get any of them...
Still, I doubt they are looking at a middling college coach who coached tight ends in the NFL.
