Without your best cover corner....and bringing in a WR buried on the depth chart for extra depth in the secondary?? I am not sure if I would consider that one of the top in the country.

Harris is't the only cog in the secondary. Dior was a DB that cross trained at WR for a total of three practices. He is a CB through and through. Get your facts straight. Besides, our two deep doesn't include him. In fact, he would our 6th option, a 4 star kid with an offer to Florida. So, yeah, our secondary is great.

Sorry, but you threw for 220 yards twice. You are going into the game without Shepard or Tolliver (2/3 most productive WR), with your 2nd best qb and a new tackle and guard. This will be a first game and you're going against one of the top secondaries in the country.

If you can't understand that was done with JJ taking the majority of snaps, I don't know what to tell you.

Getting basically half the snaps in the two games he got legit playing time, Lee three for 185 yards against Tennessee and 124 yards in 11 pass attempts against a defense in UF that is at or better than the level of UO's in the Swamp.

Expecting 180-220 yards passing is not absurd with Lee in the game.

That hasn't been the range. It has been 220+.

There are a few being overly optimistic, but most I've noticed that aren't people being silly are saying around that range.

Believe what you want. Harris didn't even start the first 7 games last year. By every account that I've read, T. Mitch is every bit the playmaker. We'll have to see though.

I do know that Coach Neal has 6 dbs in NFL camps since '08. Four of them are starting and TJIII looks like he will make the roster. By all accounts T. Mitch is on another level.

Your best DB's would be back-ups here. Last year our WR's shredded two of the best secondaries in the country in Alabama and Florida, and neither of the two players starting at CB for y'all have any significant game time experience, especially against SEC competition. Good luck, watch out for the beat-down by Reuben Randle #2.

Gildon has 8 starts is a 5th year senior, started the Rose Bowl and rotated as the 3rd db in the NCG. Outside of Randle you have a WR corp that has done shite. First games are sloppy and your qb hasn't been getting the majority of the first team snaps. You took two games that your passing offense did well but fail to mention the other putrid performances. I am not saying that LSU is not capable of putting up good numbers but I would expect closer to 180 unless you are playing catchup.

All your returning CB's combined only have 61 total tackles and a few interceptions. Tyrann Mathieu by himself had 57 total tacks, 8.5 for loss and 4.5 sacks on top of the 10 turnovers he caused.

Proclaiming them as one of the best in the country is way premature, especially since all you're basing you're point is from their practice and scrimmage reports.

Oh and your fastest DB runs a 4.74. Wow that's blazing fast.

Randle is a beast and he's going to tear apart you're relatively inexperienced secondary. Our other receivers can all step up as well.

He's a 5th year senior and he's has eights start, so what's your point? He's started like 2 games a year, good for him.
