It starts with not setting his feet on throws. Weis and Kiffin need to get that corrected in practice this week.
He needs to spread the ball around more. It seems Watkins and Green are his primary focus on every pass play. There are another two receivers on the field other than Green and Watkins.

I would like to see more screens to the RB's to help negate the pass rush.
