For 1 year and realize she likes the college game better. We fire Nikki’s trash arse and hire Kim. Boom!

You just got Saban’d WCBB. You’re welcome Tiger faithful.

La Tech really screwed up when she left for Baylor. They lost her because they were too cheap to give her an extra year on her contract if I remember correctly and now look at their program. It is a shell of what it once was.

womens baketball is a non-revenue sport. That's why most college athletic departments don't like spending a lot of money on coaches for those sports. Even Phillip Fulmer said he was not going to pay their new coach 7 figures, and UT basically created womens basketball. Has Baylor seen some sot of financial gain by paying Mulkey a bunch of money? Even if they're profiting, they're still paying her the difference had they paid another coach less money.

Correct. And McKenna Kelly's mom is Americas sweetheart and legendary gymnast Mary Lou Retton. Very famous people with lots of trophies and medals.

TAF has the money. Let's spend some and win. Same with gymnastics as well. There are benefits other than revenue if all of your sports are firing on all cylinders

Sure, but most ADs and boards care much more about the bottom line than anything else. Not saying it's right, but it's generally how they operate. They're willing to spend more on football and mens basketball because not only do the sports make money but more money comes into the school through donations when those programs are winning.

Watching the Cards/Dodgers last night and they referenced Kramer's (in the Cards minor league system) homer off of Kershaw and of course Kim's National title.
