it's pretty funny that a bunch of LSU fans care more for Coach Kelly's antics with the media than Oregon fan's do, considering it is Oregon that he is representing.

Kinda seems like that's all you have to bash him on...dude wins 10 games a year and gets Oregon to a National Championship in 2 years.

Hell, he already has more Conference Titles than Les Miles in just two years (albeit in an obviously easier conference)

He has only been HC for two years. When he has been there half a dozen, someone may be impressed.

GFY. How many National titles does he?
When was the last time the Pac won a title.. 2004.. All SEC since 2005.

Oregon couldn't even win a division title in the SEC.. Let alone an SEC title.

Don't discount the work he did as an OC. Gary Crowton completely quit on Dennis Dixon for Brady friggin Leaf. Chip comes in for Dixon's senior year and the Ducks were on the cusp of the NC and Dixon was running away with the Heisman.

The following year Nate Costa blows out his knee in fall camp. We literally went through 5 QBs before finally settling with Masoli and ended up finishing 2nd and knocking the Beavers out of the Rose Bowl.

The man can coach up his players as well as anyone. Certainly he will have to make adjustments but I don't get what your deal is if you can't see that he's a great coach.

I love Chip Kelly.

He's a top 5 coach in the country, IMO.

If Oregon ever wins a NC:

Reporter: So how does it feel to win a national championship?

Kelly: Fine, it feels like we won. How would you feel?

lol... nicely done.

BTW, he *is* arrogant. There's no denying that. But his arrogance comes with a genuine understanding that at the end of the day, "it's just football." He knows he's damn good at what he does, and that he's a successful person in life. You get that being around him. But you also get that he's grateful for what he has and that he understands he's extremely fortunate, and that when he has the opportunity to make somebody else less fortunate feel good he will take that head-on.

Arrogance?? It more like a combination of serious and annoyed. Never once has he talked down about LSU and has given them nothing but respect and praise. I don't see how this translates to arrogance.

Nothing special, but the end of the video is what really interested me. He seems to know ALOT about JL. I respect Kelly as a really good coach, but how he knows all these facts kind of scares me.

Really?

Seriously ? If he didn't know this he and his staff should all be fired. You are surprised that they scouted and researched LSU's players? Really ? They can probably tell you everything you need to know about Mett , Randall and any other skill player on the depth charts.
That's what coachs do !
