i understand the man's frustration....there were just already about 6 threads with the exact same point/concept.....he could've easily just posted it in there....

I bought 2 season tickets for 10 years when I worked out of state and gave them to my parents to use

I bet most of the season ticket holders go back to Dale Brown days and some to Maravich days

My original post was not in any way a commentary on Trent. I hope he can take these young guys and mold them into a team in the future. Maybe he can. Right now the whole thing just sucks. Remembering the Final Four teams just made it worse in comparison. Those were the days. Would love to see it again.

Sad to say,I didn't even watch it. I used to love LSU/SEC basketball, but the quality of play at LSU/SEC the past few yrs has turned me away from the game. The SEC of the '80s and '90s was as strong as any in the country.LSU won a championship a very weak SEC couple of years ago.
Brady inherited a much more difficult situation when took the job at LSU than Johnson did when he was hired. He also played against much stronger SEC teams than the ones LSU currently faces.
We will know more about TJ in the next few years.Remember,Bama,Georgia,Auburn and SC have new coaches too.
Tigers' ineptness, even two years ago, and weak SEC has eroded my interest. When I watch CBB,it is usually a Big East or Big 12 game.
I remember when the PMAC was packed on a regular basis.
I hope TJ can get the Tigers going next year!

Not a good sign. I'm all for TJ doing well and getting a fair shake, but this is a warning sign, imv.

True. Youth dont have a corner on the market of stupid. However, I can assure you, I am an objective and informed hoops fan. I understand young talent, program development and patience but I also understand suck. And the product on the court presently is very good at it. With experience, coaching and a few more pieces this could change. I sure hope it does. The PMAC is awesome when it's rocking but it's been far too long since it has.
