I love the way CJJ talks and how pimp he looked. He said we are rebuilding right now, but he seems confident in the upcoming recruiting class.

just mentioned ' a couple of transfers hopefully'

That caught my attenton as well. Very curious who that could be outside of Carmouche.

Carmouche game winner vs USM

Will Carmouche be eligible for this season if we get him?

I think JOB will have a monster year. Trent taught him nothing offensively. He kept doing that gay arse power dribble every time he got an offensive board, he should've just went right back up with it. He also played like he was in the NBA, he always tried to 1v1 all the other guys

I do think he has a chance to be a first team All-SEC guy.

But IMHO the most important thing for him is to come to camp in shape from jump. He did not last year and it compromised him all year. He showed some progress, but conditioning prevented consistent play.

The book on him coming out of high school was that he tended to take trips down the court off, that he wasn't a high-motor guy. After seeing him this year I'm wondering if it just hasn't always been poor conditioning.

Because to me he seemed to play hard but he would burn out fast because he was out of shape.

I hear he is coachable. Trent did not demand alot of accountability from his players on the offensive end, choosing to trust. Problem with that is his players did not use that responsibly. JOB III was one of those.

Settled for 15-foot fall-aways way too much and tried dribbling from too far out and as many have said, too much power dribble.

I think you'll be able to tell pretty early by looking at all these keys what kind of year JOB will have and if Jones and staff can break those bad habits.

From what I've heard, yeah. He's a NOLA kid so hopefully we can land him

yeah. Hopefully he's gonna get it done.

Hickey/Collins
Morgan/Stringer/Carmouche
Coleman/Hammink/Courtney
O'Bryant/Ludwig
Odoh/Godfrey

would look a lot better than without Odoh and Carmouche.

I thought that even if Odoh became eligible at this point, the earliest he could play is the 2013-14 season.

naw. If he gets eligible before the fall semester starts he can play. The speculation though is that he won't be eligible until after the fall semester.

ETA: I really have no clue where he stands at this point. It might not be possible for him to get qualified now.

Do you think Johnny has any other options besides Odoh at this point?
