BK isn't smart enough to call plays. He might call off a play but can't think forward enough to actually call an offensive series. If Sloan is fired before the end of the season, and BK takes over this mess, then he knows he will be outed as a know nothing about offense.....this way he can blame Sloan and fire him.

Really hard to see why Sloan is still on board. Lots of calls that are head scratchers along with ineptitude in red zone. Even without the recruiting side, you terminate with cause due to performance.
