Unlike most people, he doesn't really give Joe Brady much credit for LSU's success in 2019. He says Ensminger called the plays and then says Joe Brady, Ensminger, and he built the offense together from scratch.
In addition, he says having the full offseason to work on his timing with the receivers and to work on his off-platform throws is what was the most beneficial for his success. He also believes they would have been successful no matter what the offense was.
