nobody is saying he should be kicked off the team...I was talking about he'll be a senior (junior + senior = 2 years)
you misread my intentions, i was poking fun at you...

I asked a "question" not a statement,

this is his 1st year as a starter....

too late on your part

since JJ and JL isnt the "answer",
what made you think Garrett is better?
wont know till you find out, only way to find out is to play them....all i know is the other two aint gonna cut it..

How many QBs do you know that went +10 or better as a 1st year starter as a freshman?
#1 JJ wasnt a Freshman this year he was a soph.
#2 he wasnt a 1st year starter, he started 3 games last year
#3 answer to your question Sam Bradford

He only started the Arky and Ga. Tech games in '08. Last year he was basically a red-shirt freshman playing too early. THIS year all bets are off. The kid has to mature into the role.

You really don't believe this.
You just come on here with this laughable crap to stir the pot and get your jollies. The more ridiculous the statement, the more replies you get.
I picture you as Alfred E Newman pokin a caged Tiger with a stick.

yes I do, THEY GAVE HIM PLENTY OF TIME TO THROW THE FOOTBALL!!!!! AT LEAST 4-5 SECONDS DAMN NEAR EVERY DOWN!!!

This is how I know you're either just fricking around or nuts.... or both.

Now, I do agree that JJ DOES hold on to the ball too long but I'll chalk that up to not wanting to go down the JL road. No harm no foul. However, Crowton HAS to stop calling plays were 3 WRs and a TE all run 30yd routes. That shite was pissing me off last year. We NEVER had a back leak out of the backfield. The one time we ran a HB screen was against Ole Miss on 3rd and long to the short side of the field. That's when I knew Crowton was dead in the water. IMO, he's gone by game 6 this year.

this, is whats hurting us, its holding the offense back and it was frustrating as hell, everything else I cant argue, i agree..

I'll NEVER complain about a QB being too safe. McElroy was the epitome of a safe QB. The big difference was Bama could run the ball down people's throat no matter how many people were in the box. If we had that ability last year we may have been undefeated.

I saw a lot of disrupted plays where D was coming and you could tell there was no time to set. He bailed out of a lot of those and made plays, and some the DE was on him when he backed out. He looked like a QB having 0 confidence with
the interior line. Flat out refused to step up, like I ain't gettin no where near that shite. He seemed more confident when rolling out in the open.

ok, if you want to know what and who I blame the most ill break it down, i dont blame the O-line 100% and say they suck like many others did...I watched the lines and they gave plenty of time most of the time....now were they spectacular, far from it...they were an ok line, no more no less..
40% Crowton (horrid, vanilla play calling)
40% JJ (reason for the Horrid calling)
20% line (suffered b/c of the horrid p/c)
Defense suffered b/c of play calling as well, but they didnt help themselves out by not applying pressure and trying to get off the field.

This is insane. Anyone who doesn't AT LEAST have the o-line and JJ even if fricking nuts. The o-line didn't give us a running game WHATSOEVER.

like i said not a QB, a line is supposed to be coached to form a pocket, that means you haev to be comfortable having alot of guys all around you trying to hit you...you have to step up in the pocket to avoid a left tackle trying to push a DE further back.

he's skeered...said it a million times.

well lets just ask the defense to give our QB time to throw and see if they'll agree

thats because the had all 11 guys withing 15 yards of the ball, they ran bump and run, nickel packages and 7-8 men in the box. show me 5 guys that can consistently block 7-8 men...D-Coordinators did not respect the QB we had. so they forced us to throw by putting all their eggs in one basket to stop our run. they did it.

Aren't you the excitable one.

You said "with two years of starting experience"...didn't you? Well, for JJ two years starting comes in 11/10.
You keep :beatdeadhorse: the JJ thing all you want, but he's our best hope at this time and your pissing on him is not gonna change that, but carry on with your bitch fest.

#3 answer to your question Sam Bradford
1. full year starter dipshiet
2. i was comparing him to Garret, why would you want to replace an experience QB with a freshman QB
3. he was a full time starter in 2007 (10-3) against North Texas, Utah State , Tulsa, Iowa State....and the teams that he plays against are UNRANKED

compared to JJ

you got to give JJ an edge...why dont you critize him after this year
you can add Vince Young to the list but he's VINCE YOUNG.

two TE sets, power formation (in which they ran play-action pass from, very important) with two running backs from god...

Bama's play-action meant dick to their offense. They didn't scare anyone with their passing. Teams loaded the box on them all year long. They found a way to run the ball. LSU should have checked Parsons in as a TE all year long to help the o-line. Coaching failure.
