it would have shown his identifying the University he attended on the night they were playing for National Championship

is that about right?

You didn't answer my question...

You apparently are defending his bling (dress),

Respect...and to not wear an anchor size logo of a major opponent on the night his former teammates were playing for a National Championship.

I did answer it, sarcastically

Am I defending what he wore? No, I don't give a shite what he wore, it's pointless, it's irrelevant, it means nothing

the sooner you simpletons realize that, the better

Right... because he's received so much of that from the support system in place at LSU

The medallion or whatever it was is supposedly the logo of a record label

He claimed in an interview today that the first thing he'll do is take some time off. Everybody else getting into shape for next season and he's going to take time off and THEN get motivated. What an idiot.

.Do you think it would help JR's public image if he dressed, worked, and conducted himself the way Payton Manning does?

half of America thinks Payton Manning is a goofy nerd...Apex, you really need to grow out of the view that "normal" is anyone who walks and talks like you do.

Frankly I don't really care what JR wears, it's his life...but the Bama Boy necklace was very poor judgment on his part, IMO.

Who exactly did he disrespect? I don't recall him dawning a houndstooth hat or doing something fishy with toilet paper and a tide
box

seems to me the only people offended are the moron lsu fans, well, like yourself

i actually agree with this

not because i thought he did anything wrong, but because I wouldve hoped he would realize how narrow minded sec football fans are

While JR didn't come to that game in a wifebeater and pants hanging below his arse, you'd probably lose some respect for him had he done so, let's be honest.

I know I would.

No doubt he was dressed like a goofball

but I don't think there were any underlying anti-lsu messages behind it

I don't either but let's be honest, right or wrong, what someone wears can influence your(or mine or anyone else's)opinion of that person.

Russell won only seven of his 25 starts as the
quote:

Raiders extended an NFL-worst streak to seven straight seasons with at least 11 losses. He completed just 52.1 percent of his passes in his career with 18 touchdowns, 23 interceptions, 15 lost fumbles and a passer rating of 65.2.

That means Russell has been paid more than $5 million per win, more than $2 million per touchdown pass and more than $100,000 per completion.
