It’s easy, too much attrition!

Defense losses:
CB: Fulton, Vincent, Stingley
Safety: Delpit, Monroe
LB: Chaisson, Divinity, Philips, Queen, Brooks
DLine: Lawrence, Fehoko, Shelvin, Thomas, Logan
Forced new transfer Evans into action too early, Ward recovering from surgery.
Offense losses:
OL: Charles, Magee, Cush, Lewis, Trarore
QB: Burrow
RB: Clyde
WR: Jefferson, Chase, Dillon
TE: Moss, Sullivan
26 players lost from last years two deep rotation of 43 (Burrow only).
Only Marshall and Deculus return. Kinda surprised LSU didn’t feature RBs more.
Now I understand why the pundits had us as 4th in sec west. Glad we get this happening in the garbage season!

Absolutely spot on. It’s going to be a rebuilding year and a good humbling right off the bat may be just what the doctor ordered. I can’t stand us losing a game but it is what it is.
