I've watched every game this year and noticed a common problem. We have no fire. We have no fire players(Chad jones is the exception). We have no fire coaches(a coach that will get in a player's face and bring the passion out). We have a team that floats on and off the field without any kind of identity. With this much talent on the team we have to have a coach that can make them play focused at 110%. We need swagger, attitude, confidence, and most of all, accountability. Coach Miles these are young men who need leadership(John Gruden like). If the coach has a look on his face that resembles a deer in the headlights what kind of look does OUR team have?

Are you sure about this? CJ is great and all, but he seems to show a whole lot more of the "fire" on the diamond than the gridiron
