Okay, is there a tape of Duke’s coach talking about not offering a prospect enough and offering too much of the pie to his family? Wade did NOT play by the established rules. He did not use an intermediary, instead allowing himself to be recorded. Had he played by the rules, and used another, LSU and the NCAA would plead plausible deniability and retain Wade. Unfortunately, Wade did not play by those established rules.

Doesn’t even matter if he’s guilty. He can’t keep his employer in the loop because it behooves him legally to cover his own arse. We’d all do the same if we were he, but if LSU can justify the firing according to the contract, they should fire him now. John Brady—Brady, not Wooden—won the SEC twice and went to a final four and didn’t have this kind of baggage. Wade can be replaced. LSU has the resources to get what they want how they want.

It’s only year two, and already Wade can’t even go to work. Not worth it.

Our administration admitted that LSU is guilty
Dumb thing to think.

Alleva: Will, come to my office. You should explain your side of the story.

Wade: No.

Alexander: You’re suspended then.

It’s sort of exactly how every boss/employee relationship works.

Hard to say he’s guilty because what he did isn’t a bad thing in college basketball. It’s so common it has become just as much a part of the game as practicing free throws.

For the last time the ncaa has not announced an investigation against him or our school and the FBI is not investigating Will Wade. This is premature as frick from LSU

Is Alleva innocent?

You telling me he doesn’t know we and every team pay players?

You fire Wade. You fire Alleva.

This.

If there was shady shite going down, you’d have to be a moron to think Alleva knew nothing about it. At the very least, he just didn’t WANT to know. Which makes him every bit as culpable.
