Crowton's job is to identify the best offensive schemes that his team has the athletic talent, skills, and intellect to execute. May be different one year to the next based upon his players. The vast majority of highly talented palyers coming out of high school need coaching...the QB's included. Crowton hasn't met the challenge.

I'd chance it because it hasn't happened in the last three years under Crowton.

guys all we need is a qb, think back to 07 with flynn.....crowton was callin those plays ande we were sick

Dinardo was 10-2 in 1996 so with your reasoning, we really shouldn't have fired him either.

Why do you think we should have to go to the JUCO route to get qb's that have been coached because our current OC is incapable of developing qb's? The problem remains our OC.

If he had Cam everyone on here would think he was great. Have you seen how many busted plays he turns into positive plays ? He makes his coaches look good. Book it Auburn will be average next year if he goes pro and their coach will look the same. The difference between us and them this year is Cam. There are probably 5 teams maybe six in the SEC this year that would be undefeated this year with him.

Auburn isn't just losing Cam, they're losing 4/5 of their OL, and 8/11 starters on defense. They'll be lucky to make it to a bowl.

Auburn is a one trick pony, simple as that.

Yea, he seems to do that crap a lot. I am not sure what any coach would be thinking when you try that crap. You can see that Ole Miss was showing blitz and you go 3 run plays in a row? Then, on 3rd and long you run a HB ISO.
