I would like to take the ball. Put the defense on the field to start the second half and watch TS explode when White hits the field

And if we go a quick 3 and out?? Put your best unit on the field first to set the tone.

Defer..the chances of them scoring with the passing game is slim bc they will run mostly. It’s going to be electric. The chances of them scoring is slim imo on first drive.

They have scored on all 8 of their opening drives this season. This is one of the rare times I take the ball first. That way we get two possessions to their 1 to start the game, lowers the amount of defensive snaps in first half and Devin White plays the first Bama first offensive snap of the second half.

I’d rather have the opportunity of scoring on 2 separate possessions to their first possession. 7-3 or 7-7 is a leaps and bounds better than going down 7-0 after their first possession then going 3 and out giving them the ball and momentum. Imagine tiger stadium with a 7-0 LSU lead when Bama first possesses the ball

True.

But Tiger Stadium will be loud and emotional from the get go. This is why we put our angry, intimidating defense on the field first.

Turn then loose and let them punch Bama in the mouth.
