If LSU approaches Kiffin, 2 details that could determine how that plays out

1. Did Woodward reach out in any capacity to Kiffin during his last coaching search?
Does Kiffin feel slighted by Woodward for not at least being contacted during the last search assuming Woodward is still the AD? I have to assume that an AD throws out feelers to multiple coaches even if they aren't high on the list. If Kiffin wasn't given that courtesy, does he have the mindset of "you had your chance" and passes?
2. How much (if at all) does Kiffin get Saban's input on his decision?
Kiffin has a lot of respect for Saban. I also assume Saban thinks very highly of the LSU job. If he asks for Saban's two cents, I think he tells Kiffin to take the LSU job (assuming things are right with the offer and athletic department).
