If Les used anybody and everybody

To win games...I mean really giving the ball to true freshman if they got speed or hands and using them anywhere they are needed...would last year have been different?
I think so. Florida game: Les gives up on his punt for points game plan and tells shep to take the ball and do whatever it takes. We at least score a touchdown. We have got to be less afraid to actually use the players on our team...Les tends to try to dictate how and when a player will shine. You gotta let it happen...

Crowtons fault.
That and Porter's revolving RB system screwed things up.

Les probably felt that he had the best players on the field. That or seniority played a factor.

Yeah, completely agree, I mean, if a 175 lb kid tears it up in the Louisiana high school system, he's obviously going to be hall of fame in the SEC right?
Give me a break - even Joe McKnight who was supposedly the best prospect in this state - didn't live up to the hype even in his junior year.
Maybe these kids just aren't ready yet. You'll like what you see from Shep this year, but he would have left the season in a bodybag last year.

thank you. shep was way to small to be able to have as many carries as people in here wanted. dude was tiny by sec standards and wouldn't have been able to endure that kind of beating all year at his size, and he wasn't good enough at wr yet to be able to play a significant role in the passing game.
