If (if) that's true it's kinda unusual that they're all being represented by the same lawyer. Usually lawyers don't represent two defendants where each defendant blames the other one for committing the crime - it's a possible conflict of interest.

so JJ and JJ#2 are fall guys?

Again, FWIW
hey, could be true
I have no clue. All I was told is that there have been team meetings to discuss this but the younger guys who could have been responsible don't want to implicate themselves.
To me, this would seem like it would be the opposite...have young, no-name guys take the blame to let JJ walk.

So younger guys did this, and JJ was standing there (because we hear "Jeff", and eyewitness say it was him), which means he saw who did it. And he's not prepared to turn in the younger players that he obviosuly saw? For what insane reason would he allow homself to go down like that?
We saw the kick. JJ was identified by 3rd parties. A search and arrest warrant was issued by a judge who had all the facts.
Kinda a no-brainer at this point

but they wouldn't bring these charges forth without having reasonable cause
All this means is more than one witness has identified him. That's all it takes.

Over the past week you've been by far one of the worst posters.

Trial wont be over til after the season, so its likely wont matter for lsu football.
On a purely personal note, I wish JJ all the luck he needs to get over this and move on with his personal life.

Arrests have been made. Celebrate as you will.
But remember that the "victims" asked for it, and they got it. F them.

The eyewitnesses were not watching it on video. Just saying.

Which ones? The one-sided reporting of the "marine" witnesses or the other witnesses that hold conflicting reports?

It's bigger than just that. This Conspiracy includes Jarret Lee, and maybe aliens.
There might be something with the CIA too, but details are still forthcoming from team sweep.

Because of the Felony charges. Not everybody has integrity.

The ones that say JJ did it, as opposed to the other ones that cannot seem to point out anyone who did? There was no eyewitness of any kicker, not named JJ.
All they had to do was give a name. They couldn't. "I didn't see JJ kick anyone" is not an eyewitness account. It just means your attention was diverted when he did. We all saw that there was a kicker. All someone had to do was name him. They didn't.

They aren't innocent. None of them are innocent. I understand a bar fight, when it is handled like a man. You don't kick people when they are down, no matter what, and you don't let your teammates do it either.
This is not a question of "since when are their rules in a bar fight". This is a question of morality and human worth. Each of the guys watching this happen is guilty.

So they have to know every person at the bar?

No, but their descriptions would have to match up
