And A.D. and TAF, if you can't crunch the numbers, I can and have many times here. Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege. Don't do this to the sport that runs this LSU A.D. for the most of all of our student athletes, now and in the future.

i would fire Les Miles and hire Butch Davis. I would not hire Patterson or Kelly because I don't think a coach from the Mountain West or the Big East is what we need at LSU. We need a big time guy who can handle the pressure and the expectations.
I see your point here, but I would like to take a chance with Kelly. I have read his profile and the guy is a winner. He is also very vocal and active on the sideline. Meyer had proven a good system will work in any conference.
Also, I believe JJ is a really good coach away from being an All American.

Can he throw 10 words together and make it sound like a sentence? If he can, he may be our guy. We pay one $4 mil now that can't do that so Kelly would be an upgrade.

Doesn't LSU deserve a known quantity? Strong would be OK but there are less risky choice to hand the LSU program over to but they will cost huge bucks.
