I really like the leadership we have on Defense

I think that this years LSU team will be much improved from last years just because of the leadership qualities that have been shown by some of our star defenders during the offseason. I think last year part of the reason we struggled at times was because we missed the leadership both on and off the field from guys like Tre White, Jamal Adams, and Duke Riley.
Guys like Devin White, Jacob Phillips, Lawrence, Fehoko, Greedy, and Fulton have shown a lot of growth this offseason and seem to be eager to prove themselves out on the field. If you mix in other guys like Ray Thornton, Andre Anthony, Patrick Queen etc. who have received a lot of high praise lately, this D has potential to be truly elite. Sunday can't get here fast enough.
