not my dad .. my Dad's almost 65 years old and probably hasn't been to the sugar bowl since Billy Cannon played ... I really have no clue who or what you're talking about ...

I got elbowed in the arm by a fellow tiger fan in the bathroom at the game. For what reason I do not know. We have plenty of idiots too

My dad has a slipped disk and a pinched nerve in his leg and goes to work every day.

I offered him Saints tickets a couple of weeks ago and he knew that going to the game would be hell on his back, so he turned them down.

So I see your point Rag.

I respect that. But some injuries are too much to bare. Personally I think back injuries are teh worst in terms of pain. I had a small back injury in high school and I played baseball. I dont know what happened or what caused it but for a couple months when I ran my back hurt extremely bad. Eventually it went away. It also depends on teh type of job one has. My dad had a job where he sat most of the time. That is what hurts is back the most and when he went outside he had to use his strength and he couldnt with his back. Like you said, you shouldnt stop living if you cant work. My dad and I cherish our relationship and I talked him into going because who knows how much longer he has here with me. I dont want to regret it and neither does he.
