We hosted a function on the first base rooftop at Fenway once.
Obviously, for a function you cater and get a bar at each end, but I was shocked to see Aramark holds the general Fenway contract.
Minute Maid's many restaurants have it going on compared to that awful gruel.

I should retract my silly statement, we went to the UAB game where it was freezing and they ran out of hot chocolate in the first quarter
We stood in line for 15 minutes while they went to go look for some, the whole time they were out but nobody seemed to know
MORONS

Taking the most money possible isn’t always the best or even the most profitable decision
Studies have shown that revenue at these sporting events goes up when they switch to a higher quality and lower priced product, which keeps fans in the stadium longer and spending more time and money in the stadium
Such a short sided way to view things to isolate the decision down to “Aramark gives us a great deal!”. That’s like buying a car solely on the asking price being a good deal and not asking about the condition/reliability/long term costs of that decision
And even if LSU did end up getting less money from it, At the end of the day, this game is bringing billions into the university. Do we honestly need to squeeze ever nickel out of the concession stand?

45% kickback to LSU equates to ridiculous prices for them to have to charge to make any profit. Great deal for LSU but it screws over Aramark and fans.

Idk. I only grab something when I first come in the stadium. My wife (no pics) literally stood in a line for 30 mins and all they had left was chips. They had ran out of everything by halftime.
