they should be favored by 3 imo. if the line opens up with us a favorite, i'm gonna take me some of that action.

Geez, that was one game. Are you forgetting Baylor and Oklahoma where Judie had back-to-back returns for TDs?

Anyways, I say LSU -3. O/U 31.

I think it will be a relatively low scoring game as both defenses will dominate. I think Tannehill will be a great QB next year but he's just too inexperienced right now for an LSU defense. That's why Sherman called such a conservative passing game against Nebraska, and I think he will again against LSU. Cyrus will get another 100+ yard game in this one - he singlehandedly carried us against Nebraska (137 yds) and Texas (223 yds), the toughtest defenses we've faced (yet).

Really looking forward to this game.

Judie's been a rare bright spot on special teams, but looking back over the season there's been far too many bad snaps, fumbles and bobbles. Remember the blocked punt? Ouch. Special teams play is indeed improved over 2009 and miscues haven't proven critical yet, but LSU will certainly take advantage if we give them the opportunity.

Texas should have blocked a second punt, OU did when they needed too. Our ST have been beyond deplorable for a decade now. Anyone trying to argue that hasn’t been watching enough. Bullock coming on this season is nice but about damn time to be honest.

Against LSU ST may very well be the difference in the game.

I hope it does...my brother is at LSU and the smacktalk has already begun!

Fair point. I'm more worried about our punting. Except for the Texas game, opponent starting field position has been god awful.

I have no desire to see the Tigers play a 9-3 TAMU. Not when we could be playing an 11-1 big ten team in a game that will have significant national interest.

The South and West care about Mich St. as much as the North and East care about A&M.

And I hate to break it to you, but a 10-2 LSU team doesn’t exactly move the meter in big portions of the country either.
