That was not coaching's problem but rather an execution problem
So yes, I'd say that was a coaching problem.
Les is known for pounding the run and trying to control the the clock, and when that's exactly what we needed, he called a pass. Yes, some would have said it was smart had it been successful, but Wisconsin could smell blood and were hungry. Turrible call
