Thanks. Didn't realize I could just do that. Guess I'll have to actually work at work tomorrow. Either way, I don't see us having much trouble against him. We have averaged over 10 runs a game in this streak were on, and even if the bats slow down, our pitching has been pretty good all year.

Well he's not going to come out and say "This guy put up some good numbers this year, but it was in a really shitty conference. Nola could probably throw left handed and be better than him."

PM specifically mentioned deciding between nola and poche for friday. And he hasnt decided yet. So, it is being thought about.

Dellenger mentions deciding between Poche and Nola, but this is the direct quote.

Dellenger said PM told him that was what they were deciding between. So, nola is being considered, even if its not alot of consideration.

It proves PM didn't specifically mention deciding between Nola and Poche.

Nice edit. And if that's what PM told him, then why wasn't that quoted in the article?

Isn't the word around the campfire that Nola's gonna go against SLU?

No. The only thing certain is that Nola WON'T pitch Friday. It's not even being discussed... At least not seriously.

You don't pitch your ace in the least important game (not to mention worst team) left on the schedule.

Not saying it isn't an important game that needs to be won and against a formidable opponent/pitcher, merely that everything after it is more important and against better competition, not to mention You can't be eliminated by SE Friday.

Even if you lose against SE, the Saturday game becomes an elimination game and an absolute must-win (and therefore a more crucial game than Friday).

Correct. Nola will throw Saturday.

Maybe because it's not what PM actually said, and Ross took "throwing one of our top guys" as being between Nola and Poche.

Possibly, but thats not what ross said. Maybe he is wrong, but im not gonna definitively say they arent considering using nola when there is a report to the contrary.
