I have never sat in any of the club sections before at an LSU game. I had a coworker offer me some at a decent price for the Chattanooga game. Are they worth it for the price? What type of amenities do you get?

They are decent. You can buy alcohol and get upgraded food. Depending on the price, it could be worth it. I was surprised at the amount of people up there.

$175 a ticket. Do they sell alcohol in the club sections?

Anyone know face value? I was able to find cheaper tickets last year for better games.

ETA: Stubhub has 8 for $135/p

I sat up there the first 3 years. Food is decent (it is free). It changes every game. You can buy alcohol, but it is pretty pricey. The lower level of the South Club is better than the upper level. Top row of the upper level is really high. Bring binoculars for both sections. You are up very high. Great seats if it is raining. Hard to get a table to sit down before the game and during halftime. Nice TV's everywhere to watch other games. No lines for the restrooms. I just felt like I wasn't in the action and little crowd noise that high up. Did I mention it was very high? I moved down to my lower bowl 40 yard line seats. It is good to experience it and $175 is a fair price.

Thanks for the info! I've sat all over in tiger stadium, from my time as a student to now. I've always wanted to sit in one of these club areas, but of course the price is never worth it to me. I figured a game like this is a good one to get the "experience" without paying top dollar.

Good experience and your wife or girlfriend will love it. My wife did. Saw a lot of my friends before the game and during halftime. That also made it fun.

You make some very good points. She would eat that stuff up. Think I might go ahead and pull the trigger on it. Thanks!

$175 is a little high for a game like this. I think you can get them for less. Even outside the stadium. I have multiple times. But, it is the first game, so if you're good with the price, why not?

Others have covered everything about the seating and the inside pretty well. It's nice. Free food and soft drinks. They have desert up there, too. You should definitely try it at least once. The seats themselves are high for my taste. But, you have a really cool view of the stadium, the bridge, and downtown Baton Rouge.

West Stadium club is better if you can get your hands on them.
