Corso guaranteeing win by picking ucla

Herbie also said “if they lose the game, they lose the team just like last year, and in think they lose to UCLA”. If that happens, he’ll be “appalled” when LSU fires Orgeron, and claim that is unfair.

I got Lsu -2.5 at Caesers in Indy
That’s the Vegas line by and large. The guy I was talking about has his own computer forecasting model and gives betting picks based on it. It had the line at -5.

We lost a lot of talent but everyone does and if you want to be considered elite then you don’t go 6-6
You just dont.
Ultimately the Bo hire cost us two games. LSU should have easily been 7-3 last year. No other team had a ridiculous amount of players get drafted, lost a many transfers, then lost multiple starters before the start of the season. I think we lost something close to 30 players. I want you to find the continued success from any team who came into the next season with 4 returning starters! By game 4, we had lost our new starting QB and had to play true freshmen. By game 8 we had lost our two leading receivers. Our All American corner dealt with injuries for parts of the year and we had "new" retread OC and DCs at the helm. Overall that was a catastrophic failure, but that was last year.
So many people are stuck on last year that they can't make picks that make sense now. LSU, more than just about anyone in the country, needed the practice and prep time we couldn't get prior to the 2020 season, we have that now. We have experience everywhere now. Last year we couldn't buy an experienced player.

quote:You got dislikes, but I've listened to PLENTY of people that are not sold on Johnson. I've said this before, but only the online LSU loudmouths actually thought Johnson had already or was in the process of beating out Brennan. If Brennan was playing I'd have had LSU destroying UCLA, but I still think they win by 2 TDs.
I think people tend to be bearish on LSU largely because of the absence of Brennan. And I do believe if Brennan had been available, and had started, this would be an easy LSU win. Now I'm really nervous
Johnson can run and plenty of idiots have clung onto that, but if he can't push the ball down the field consistently, we are in trouble vs the big boys. Brennan gave you that arm and willingness to use it. I need to see that in Johnson.

His record at LSU as permanent head coach is 39-12 with a NC. That includes 2020. Same ole trolls I used to read on here before I signed up. They hate them some O.
You are right; you can’t tease out parts and pretend they did not happen. I don’t hate Orgeron, and I root for him because he’s LSU’s coach. However, I thought hiring Orgeron was an appalling decision. He is a dumbass and a low character person with a criminal history.
I was shocked that he put together that 2019 team. You could have taken me for all my worth with that wager. I was again appalled when they gave hime a $7 million per year contract that was guaranteed for something like six years!
This year was going to answer the question: Was 2019 or 2020 the fluke season? The UCLA game makes it seem that 2019 was the fluke, but we’ll see. If LSU wins the next 11 games it would surely change the narrative. Don’t pass up your chance to take all my money again!
