He hasn’t pitched in relief once this year. He’s started every game he’s pitched in.

I'm no pitching expert by any means but I look at Hilliard and he is 150lb with a fastball in the 80's. Its amazing he is as good as he is.

Most of you know he lost his father recently. He mentioned one of the reasons he came back was for his father and to leave his name in LSU baseball history. I might not have that quoted exactly correct but you get the point.

I hope he goes on to be our Ace. I hope he continues to win games and achieves his goal as being someone we talk about for years to come. That would be something all of us would be truly proud of.
