Does anyone else find this to be a problem? We are so programmed to expect quarterbacks to get worse and end up sucking before they leave LSU, that we make threads telling everyone it's inevitable.

That isn't really the point of the thread, but I agree with your sentiment. The idea is to have reasonable expectations for Etling while still supporting either QB. Basing everything on one quarter of play against Jacksonville State and writing off the guy who lost his job as a result seems a bit premature.
