Guys, to do this right it will take time (replacing O)

Think of the layers of house cleaning that will have to be done in order to put together competent coaching search. It starts with the BOS --> F King --> Alleva. No major donor will help buy out O all while keeping these people in place. The donor is only interested in his ROI, which would be totally wasted.

You replace the men at the top with competant leaders, then you have a situation where a donor will step in and fix this mess. Otherwise, things will get much worse before they get better.

The question isn't if Alleva should fire O, it should be does the BOS have the balls to replace F King. It starts there folks.
