You do not have to necessarily fire Peveto and Mallory just this instant, or even ths season, because we realize you should not ask for a DC to leave where they are right now, unlike Nebraska. Pick up a good DC (hint: not the one from TN) and let him make the decision of P & M at the end of the season.
